pinche pendejo compra nuevo ham imbesil pobre

OH MY.

Any food that is not kept frozen has expiration dates. Some sooner than others. Your questioning the ham......please throw it out immediately!

Deli meat products (cut) have approximately 5 days. Prepared such as a meat spread (because you do not know all ingredients used) should be about 2 days. Any product with milk, egg, etc increases the risk of a toxin forming.

Do not EVER return partially used food back into the unused portion...Such as using a salad, scraping unused back set out into that stored still in fridge.

The timing of food safety is the magic number of 2 hours. Some could be less. This means from when the deli takes it out of their cooler, cuts it, you take it home (lessens time if not in a cooler bag) and you set it out to use, or not proper storage. TICK TICK keeps going. Every time you take it out to use, the time disappears. People don't understand the many "FLU BUGS" they get are more apt to be a food poisoning. To some people it could be fatal.

WHEN IN DOUBT, THROW IT OUT.
