If the recipe requires butter then yes you can. Kerrygold is just a brand name for butter. It may be nicer than cheaper butter, but it is butter all the same.

A good easy recipe to make is peanut-butter chocolate brownies, that is if you only like peanut-butter!! You will need: 4 tablespoons of peanut-butter A boxed brownie mix Make the brownies as it says on the box and then just add 4 scoops of peanut-butter! I made this recipe up myself...I hope you enjoy it!
It must be cooked in order for you to get high from ingesting it, yes. Swallowing a bud of marijuana will not get you high. Since THC (the active ingredient in marijuana) is fat-soluble, the marijuana must be cooked in a fatty substance -- usually butter or oil -- to release the THC.That is why people make pot brownies and pot cookies, instead of just sprinking pot onto their breakfast cereal. They simmer the marijuana in butter for 20 to 30 minutes or so, and use the THC-saturated butter to make brownies or cookies.

You can substitute butter with applesauce, pureed prunes, or apple butter. No joke! Yes, it sounds discusting, it probably is. don't ask me I've never tried it.
It would be difficult to make brownies without eggs. If you didn't have chocolate, you could make a blonde brownie or more of a coffee cake with cinnamon. If you don't have butter, you can substitute shortening, oil, or applesauce if you want to go healthier. However, you need eggs to make your brownies raise. You can use egg substitute, such as Egg Beaters, but that is really your only other option.
The same amount as is used to make regular cookies. What matters is how much marijuana the butter has been cooked in. Not how much butter is in the cookies/brownies.

A brownie requires chocolate-like substances, along with multiple other ingredients. If you only used peanut butter, it wouldn't be a brownie, but more of a peanut butter sculpture in the shape of a brownie. I don't think you can make a brownie out of just peanut butter but im sure you could put peanut butter chips into it and make it be chocolate and peanut butter! That sounds good!
