You should keep a hamster drinking bottle attached to the cage so that the hamster can drink whenever it wants. As long as the bottle is always full then I'm sure the hamster won't forget to drink.

they dont need a lot just keep a water bottle in the tank or keep a bowl. change the bowl every two days to reserve its freshness...
