Cheddar Gorge in Somerset is famous for its limestone caves, including Gough's Cave which is open to the public for tours. It is also renowned for its production of Cheddar cheese, which has been made in the area for centuries.
there really isnt, its just that this one person was bored one day and decided to create a cheese but the cheese they made was almost exactly the same as cheddar but they gave it another name so no one would suspect them of stealing a cheese recipe.
