When I make Boston Butt Pork Roast it is baked @275. I usually throw 3 sweet potatoes on the rack 2 hrs before we plan on eating. I think they turn out great but more importantly my 6 and 8 year olds won't eat them any other way. So I guess the 'critics' think that's the right amount of time! LOL
