(Unless it's a regular goldfish with a fancy goldfish, because in that case the regular goldfish would eat the food up before the fancy one gets to it.)It benefits them because they're not alone and they will swim more often, have more fun, and live a better life
Goldfish can be divided into two groups, single-tailed and twin/double-tailed goldfish. A single-tailed goldfish is a variety of goldfish with a single tail such as the Comet, Common or Shubunkin (poor man's koi). These varieties are much closer to the wild form of the fish and as such are hardy but require more space. Twin-tailed goldfish are often referred to as fancy goldfish. Fancy goldfish varieties are more delicate and have a 'fat' appearance. Some twin-tailed varieties are the Fantail, Pearlscale, Ryunkin, Blackmoor and the Celestial-eye. It is not advisable to mix twin-tailed and single-tailed goldfish together, as the single-tailed goldfish are more active and swift and may bully twin-tailed varieties as well as forcing them to compete for food.
Enough food that they can eat within 1-2 minutes. Be sure not to over feed as this can cloud water or cause ammonia spikes which kill the fish
Almost all goldfish can get along! i would recommend a ryukin, black moor, ranchu, fan tail if your looking for a goldfish, but for other lil critters, maybe a freshwater snail, or minnows (you can find those at a local creek) or a freshwater frog, Just make sure you have a lid and a place for the frog to take a break and hop out of the water. Comet goldfish are very fast and somewhat aggressive. Fancy goldfish should not be housed with comets because fancy goldfish's unique features/bodies often prevent them from being able to compete for food. A good tank mate other than another comet would be a shubunkin or a wakin because these fish are built similarly to the comet and can compete for food. As for a community- goldfish really should only be housed with other goldfish.
every other week
Perfume or cologne is a liquid that often comes in a fancy bottle.
It depends but I am guessing not very often
Once a week :))))) i have experience
It is a parasite. Feeder goldfish often have parasites, and if you have one that survives, then these lumpy areas often appear as the fish gets larger.
