Herbs and spices can effect our health because spices can add alot of flavour to the things that you cook and it can be good or bad. Herbs are made from plants so it is healthy for you to eat them. It is a good thing on the healthy food pyramid to eat. You should eat herbs about every two days or so.You can eat spices about every 4 days.

There is no specific answer to this question since each spice (plant) is different. I would say many of the drugs sold in pharmacies contain ingredients from plants and/or herbs. In some countries you drink specific teas (you boil cinnamon, chamomile, thehair of corn, mint, etc.) depending on what ails a person.
