Stir fries are fairly versatile and you can incorporate any types of vegetables into your stir fry such as red peppers, zucchini, and/or tomatoes. Because stir fry beef is sliced so thin, it usually only takes 5-8 minutes for it to brown. because of health risks for the very young or very old, I would suggest cooking for 8-10 minutes to be sure that it is safe.

In an Asian food mart look for Chinese 5 Spice. I don't know all the spices, but some include cumin and cayenne and possible coriander.
