place water in bottom pan about 1/2 full and bring to a boil on high heat.
Spray egg dishes in upper pan with spray margarine or place one teaspoon of water in each egg dish, if you are avoiding oils.
Place egg dish part of pan on water pan, and place the lid on securely.
Lower heat on water to simmer, and allow eggs to cook about 2 minutes, or longer, or less, depending on your preference.
Remove the eggs with the assistance of a rubber spatula.
Take care not to burn your fingers handling the hot areas of the pan, and avoid the steam while escaping as it is very hot.
You use an egg cooker poacher to poach eggs. A good cooker will do all of the work. The most common recipe would be eggs benedict.

As the bottom of Revere Ware pans are either copper or stainless steel Brasso is not indicated, but may work, I have never tried it. But I have been cleaning my Revere Ware pans for 30 years and below is the method I use to keep them bright. For the pans with copper bottoms you can purchase copper cleaner, I use Kleen King brand. If you prefer you can just dampen the copper sprinkle plain table salt on it, squeeze lemon juice on it and then scrub it, I frequently use this method when I am out of copper cleaner, it is the way my mother always cleaned the bottoms of her Revere Ware and they were always shiny bright. For the pans with stainless steel bottoms you can purchase stainless steel cleaner, once again I use Kleen King, which can be used on any stubborn spots on the exterior or interior of the stainless pots as well.
Excelsteel makes an egg poacher that is very easy to use and it's stainless steel. This means it is very durable and can last for a very long time without breaking.
That lowlife "poacher" just shot and killed the endangererd rhino just for it's horn!
The poacher aproached the Unaware tiger. Man i hate them poachers. Poachers hunt animals. Hope i helped.
Don't put your Revere Ware in the oven. While in many cases oven baking may be fine, there is a temperature above which the Bakelite handles will start to melt and emit a strong chemical odor. Various Revere Ware guides claims this temperature is 425 degrees F but people have reported this at lower temperatures and if the Bakelite is too close to the broiler, it will be at a much higher temperature than the rest of the oven.
Can goods have the same ware.
No, it is not compatible with induction cooktops. There's a very easy test - just take a magnet and if it sticks to the bottom of a pan it is okay for an induction range. If it doesn't stick, it is not compatible.
You can use it depending on the material of the vision ware.
