well, first you have to have a cage, with some bedding inside of it. Next buy some hamster food from pets mart or any place that sell pet items
ex- Pet co, Pets mart, and Pets plus. Make sure you have water for it. refill water daily. Make sure you buy a ball so it can run around in the house.
HOPE THIS HELPED
You have to have a good safe cage, a solid bottom one with bars, or an aquarium. The plastic ones with bars you can only get at pet stores or on-line, but they are usually $20-30! Aquariums are less expensive, and pretty much escape proof, but you have to get a screen for the top. The only drawback is they don't have as good ventilation. Buy some good shavings... pine usually isn't good unless it is ALL NATURAL! Get a food dish, food especially for hamsters, a water bottle or a crock. I have a water bottle because the crocks can get tipped over, or the hamster will get shavings in it, and that will get really messy! If you do get a crock, you have to refill it everyday... with a water bottle you can refill it about once a week. You can also leave your hamster for 2 or 3 days at your house with a water bottle and plenty of food if you want to go away for the weekend. Most importantly, love your little friend. Don't forget to change the shavings at leastonce a week.
HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL! :)
The same as any old hamster. If you look up: What is the best way to take care of a hamster? You will find a good answer.
there is a lot to know about taking care of a hamster, so it is best if you but a book about hamster care
Yes, i had a hamster when i was ten and i loved having to take care of it.(: hopee this helpeed(:
no it will eat its babys
To take care of a hamster in front of children first explain what the hamster is such as- this is a hamster- then explain how to be reacting around the hamster by stating- hamsters are good listeners so no loud noises around a hamster or you can hurt his or her ears. when you pet a hamster pet him or her with your pointer finger and stroke their back gently.explain how to care for them properly and what they eat and drink and what they don't eat and drink.
no
yes if you will take care of it
Be respondible by caring it, feeding it and playing with it
If the baby hamster was abandoned by its mother, its probably not healthy.
If you have a dwarf hamster that you believe has a broken pelvis, you need to take it to a vet. The vet will X-ray it and determine the proper care it will need.
If you are a beginner, consider adopting dwarf or Syrian hamsters. They are the easiest to take care of and they are quite cute ! If you have taken care of a hamster before, and you are responsible, you can accept the challenge of taking care of a fancy hamster. A fancy hamster has long fur and you need to comb it every other day and occasionally cut it's hair! If you feel responsible enough, you can take care of any breed of hamster.
she is most likely rejecting it and you will need to immediately take the hamster away and care foe it youself until it is two weaks then it can care for itself.
