i grow mine from seed and then take them outside when it warms up. when they start to flower i give them tomato feeding (none of that fancy chili feeder witch is better but more expensive to Bye. i pick the chili's and dry or make source out of them. grow in green house if your country is a colder place (e.g. UK) i live in England and grow them in my greenhouse. the only problem i have is slugs so use slug killer (make shore its safe for pets and over harmless animals in you garden.) chili's are easy to grow if looked after right.
