The only thing I could come up with, and this may not sound too good, but I would start over and be more careful on the salt content next time. Salads are difficult to repair, if they aren't done right the first time.
If you do not want to start over, you could boil more macaroni and add it to the mixture, along with more eggs (if you are using eggs), mayonnaise, and any other ingredients.
You can also try to cover up the salty taste by adding acid (lemon, vinegar, zest, tomatoes, etc) or sweet (fruit, carrots, honey, sugar, etc). That doesn't work real well, though, especially if the salty taste is very strong.
