I would think that you should.... AND wyou should most definitly COOK the fish before eating it.

I think fried trout is the best. Make a mixture out of corn meal (yellow) and flower, coat fish with a egg then roll in the mixture, throw in skillet with hot grease and cook. Yumm now I am wanting to go get some trout
