Well depending on the type of cracker most of them have about 10% of the recommended daily value of calcium. So whether you have saltines, townhouse, animal, graham or any other kind of cracker it is a good way to get calcium through snacks.

It varies hugely from cheese to cheese. Very rough guidelines are that harder cheeses have more calcium than soft, but even from packet to packet it varies.
