If you push it too far. Apple cider vinegar, is apple cider that has already 'gone bad' and since vinegar in itself is a preservative, it is not possible for it to become 'out of date' or 'go off'. The worst that can happen is it may lose some flavour over time. I have been using a huge 4 liter container of apple cider vinegar that I have had for over 3 years, it still tastes wonderfull, and I have never had any problems with it. So in essence, no Apple Cider vinegar cannot go bad.
Any type of vinegar with the "mother" still in it, such as apple cider vinegar. Although the mother does make it very nutritious. It just stinks really bad.

I've been drinking apple cider for almost a week now...i think its slowly working. 2 1 to 2 tablespoons a day with water.. yesterday i drank 500ml of coke and my reflux returned =C ... you should avoid what is bad for you while taking this medication.

Remember to wash off the apple cider vinegar don't leave it on. For me my face was bright and all one tone after the first time. i don't even have to wear makeup anymore. :)
