They get along well with shy fish such as golbies but not so well with fast fish such as tangs. I have a seahorse and he is is with 2 golbies and they do ok. I was warned not to put him in with aggressive or fast fish because theyre slow and if put in with fast and aggressive fish he might not get food

Seahorses, not all species, but some species, are legal for sale and to be kept in the USA. They can not usually be kept with other species of fish, as they have very specific dietary requirements (live food) and are slow eaters.

No they can not! Seahorses are very slow and dont move much! The puffer will just pick at them untill theres nothing left!
