∙ 17y agoI simply suggest taking a good quality multi-vitamin supplement, as vitamins, minerals etc work in conjunction with each other, therefore taking a MV will overall improve the health of your whole body, including your gums. As far as i know, most body tissue repairs itself when damaged or lost. I am uncertain though.
