African Dwarf Frogs, though able to come out of water, can't live without H20. Their skin dehydrates very quickly and the frog can become serously stressed out if it's out of water. It's best to leave the frog(s) in the tank instead of trying to handle them.

Frogs never drink through their mouths, they use their skin to soak up water.

African Dwarf Frogs need a heater, goldfish prefer colder waters. How ever I think 1 Beta and a African Dwarf Frog would do very well together.

Yes. In fact they have to or they'll drown. Occasionally they'll swim to the top of the tank to take a breath of air before sinking back down.

It is not very smart to keep these frogs out of water for too long. Their skin will dry up and they will diequickly.

Yes they can because they are aquatic just like fish you just wouldn't want them to be with fish that are aggressive but regular tropical community fish are fine.
