Yes, Hamsters can eat boiled chicken, but it shouldn't be part of what they eat daily or regularly. If you have two hamsters, don't give the bigger one a pice of chicken then put them in the same cage. I gave my teddy bear hamster, James, a pice of chicken. Then put her and my other shrimpy robo dwarf hamster, Sonic, in the same box. Then James ATTACKED Sonic. They've been in the box together before but..... THATS GETTING OFF TRACK! So, yes, hamsters can have boiled chicken, but not regularly. The shouldn't even have it because hamsters are herbivores!
A pregnant or lactating hamster needs more fat and protein. You can give her hard boiled egg, bread soaked in milk, sunflower seeds, and if possible, mealworms.
