Watermelon is now allowed until the maintenance phase of the HCG protocol. It is a "caution" food for the first three weeks of maintenance (M1) because it's higher in sugar than several other fruits. The best plan is to avoid caution foods until your weight stabilizes in maintenance. This means your weight doesn't fluctuate up or down more than 2 lbs for at least one week straight.
