Pregnant women are then more susceptible to infection from the bacteria due to their decreased ability to fight foreign organisms. Cooked eggs are safe as long as they are cooked thoroughly. No runny eggs. Pasteurized raw eggs are safe, as in store-bought eggnog. It is advisable to stay away from seafood and eggs.

A few years ago there was a scare about salmonella and pregnant women. Nothing was ever proven.

Whilst pregnant women find it better to avoid raw egg and unpasteurised milk (and cheese made from it), quiche is made from egg that has been cooked at over 100 degrees Celsius - high enough to kill all likely germs.

So feel free to eat quiche. Just remember that egg products may cause constipation and that constipation can happen naturally in pregnancy. If you find either to be true, you may not want to combine them, for your own comfort.

Yes of course you can its all I ate at one point of my pregnancy,aslong as its cooked throughly...You can eat anything that contains egg aslong as it isn't raw....Enjoy :)
