How do you cut kiwi?
Remove the fuzzy peel with a vegetable peeler or paring knife. Remove the hard end piece on the one end of the fruit with the knife. Since they are a soft-fleshed fruit, a serrated knife will slice best without smashing or bruising the fruit. Ideal is a serrated plastic knife. There are some of these types of knives made specifically for slicing and eating kiwi which can be used to slice the fruit in half with the peel left on and then scooping the flesh from the inside of the peel to eat conveniently using the peel as a little "bowl".
