If there's no bad smell, you won't know for sure. If the meat is past its expiration date or has been in the refrigerator over 3 or 4 days, it could be bad. Always remember the adage: If in doubt, throw it out.

You should NOT cook or eat ANY kind of spoiled meat.
If raw meat smells bad, don't cook it. Anything that looks, feels, or smells bad should be thrown away. Don't think of it as a waste of food and money, think of it as saving you from medical bills and the sheer misery of food poisoning.
All Meat smells Funny. But the only way to tell if it is spoiled is to start to cook it and if it starts to smell even worse then it is spoiled
You should never attempt to cook meat that has "gone off" or looks bad.
Uhm... I would not recommend it cause it might be spoiled.. probably is you can but it will smell and taste awful probably.

Spoiled means unfit for use, so your answer is no
no. As long as its not spoiled, dogs can eat raw meat.
Yes
"Spoiled" can function as both an adjective (e.g., "spoiled child") and a verb (e.g., "the milk spoiled").
No, it will make you more sick.
Spoiled or lost meat is primarily caused by improper storage or handling, such as exposure to air, temperature fluctuations, cross-contamination, or prolonged storage without proper refrigeration. These conditions can lead to bacterial growth, spoilage, and degradation of the meat's quality, making it unsafe or undesirable for consumption.
