A cat would be capable of eating the cookie. There are many that would even enjoy it. The thing is, cats do not have the ability to taste sweetness. Also, the high sugar levels would not be so good for them. High amounts of sugar tends to give many carnivores diarrhea. So overall, your cat can eat it, but you would be losing out on a good cookie and your cat probably will not have as good as health. Their health may be especially bad since an Oreo is made out of chocolate. I would not feed a cat an Oreo.
They slowly eat it while gradually licking their paws, they take little nibbles, they might take a while. Just make sure the dog doesn't get a hold of it, that wouldn't end well. **** It would be very bad for your cat's health, tho' luckily, cats would rarely show any interest in them, unlike dogs, that will happily eat chocolate or chocolate biscuits and can die from it - and the smaller the dog, the less is needed to do permanent damage and kill. So called 'dog chocolates' are made from carob.
Yes.
There isn't really any place where a person is "forbidden" or "not allowed" to eat chocolate chip cookies.
Milk is great to drink with all cookies.
No, Columbus could not eat chocolate chip cookies, but not for reasons related to health. Chocolate was introduced to Europeans by Hernán Cortés who brought chocolate back to Europe following his visit in and subsequent introduction to chocolate by the court of Montezuma II in 1519.

Because its made with sugar and it makes the mouth water;) They don't necessarily NEED chocolate chip cookies, but really, they WANT them. It's love in a cookie that people want to joyfully eat it all up;)
Not at all. Any time chocolate candy is made, the chocolate is melted and solidified. Chocolate chips in chocolate chip cookies have melted and solidified.
Coookies! All of your cookies! And milk, of course.
You dip the cookie in your milk, and then you put the cookie in your mouth, and savor the taste. Then repeat as necessary.
