Hydrox were my favorite so answering this questions makes me sad. Hydrox were introduced in 1908 by Sunshine (contrary to what most people think, the Oreo was introduced in 1912 as a knock off of the Hydrox), named for hydrogen and oxygen from the sunshine that made water pure. In 1996, Sunshine was purchased by Keebler, who replaced Hydrox with Droxies in 1999. As the sad tale goes on, Keebler was acquired by Kellogg's in 2001 and discontinued Droxies (I don't know if I ever tried one of those) in 2003. Then, for Kellogg's 100th anniversary in 2008, they produced a limited supply of Hydrox (slightly altered by removing the trans fats), and when that supply was gone, that was that! Now Leaf Brands has picked up the brand and formula and should have them back in stores by first quarter of 2015.
I've never been able to develop a taste for Oreos but I do like Newman-0's.
The bottoms of the cookies will continue to bake because the cookie sheet will still be hot. If you leave the cookies on the sheet too long after being taken out of the oven, the cookies' bottoms will burn and stick to the baking sheet.

Yes I still make nut cream cookies. I usually bake them at holiday time.
It depends on which brand exactly you are looking for, but cookies like that do still exist and can be bought.
Yes, people and companies still do make chocolate macaroon cookies.
Nintendo currently has no plans to make a Wii version of Super Mario Sunshine. However, because it is a Gamecube game you can still play it on the Wii as long as you have a Gamecube controller and a memory card to save your game with.
