Hot Dogs are made of the brain and stomach of the pig, also intestines and eyballs and everything extra. Ewwwwwwww.

Naw, they save the intestines to make sausage casings and chitterlings (yum). Everything gets used but the squeal.

that is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO gross

Both! Hot dogs are a mixture of meats, unless they are all beefdogs! More info Don't forget some are made of chicken and turkey. There are pure beef and pure pork hot dogs as well. Hebrew National are all beef and kosher if that is a concern.
