Desserts are puddings or sweets eaten after the main meal. I assume you meant desert? In which case, a desert can be like the Sahara, partly sand and flat plains of gravel, but lacking rain. Or like the Antarctic Continent, which is mainly snow and ice, yet is still classed as a desert.

in some places it is moist others dry and its not a bunch a desserts its just like everywhere else don't worry
Desserts can be dry for many reasons. First thing to look at is the recipe, did it come from a reputable source? If your source if "iffy" cross reference online to make sure the ingredients are of similar ratios. often there is too much flour or wet ingredients to dry. Second check your temperatures and baking time. everything dries out if you cook it too long.
