i is cornmeal /flour mixed with fresh onions, pepper, salt and sometime sugar is added. i t is in the form o a ball and deep fried in great greese. i brown on the outside when done and nice an solf in the endside great with fish fry and french fries at cookout. you might want to add milk and eggss to the flour and meal and the seasonings and stir up until they are able to foam into a ball then put in hot grease then cut down grease so they can cook form the inside. these are better that onion rings and easyeir to make.
