I'm not a vegan, but one of my favorite vegan style recipes, is portobella burgers (the "burger" is in the name only. Take portobella caps and brush both sides with olive oil. Season with steak rub (I prefer McCormicks), and place on a hot barbeque (charcoal or wood not propane). roast for 3-5 minutes each side. Serve on a bun, or chop into a salad.
