1. Place turkey leg(s) and 3 cups of water in pressure cooker.
2 Add some spice(s) of your choice (pepper, onion, garlic, tarragon, bay leaf, sage, liquid smoke, etc. for additional flavor).
3. Depending on size (after reaching proper pressure), cook for 15 to 20 minutes for thawed turkey leg(s), 25 to 30 minutes if frozen.
A 15 pound turkey should be cooked at 325 degrees F for about 20 minutes per pound. That works out to be about 5 hours.

Turkeys cook 20 minutes per pound stuffed (15 minutes per pound unstufffed) at 350 Fahrenheit.
