You sure can! Alcohol in general will always make it more tender and may even kill any pathogens or parasites. So it's a good thing. A trick to make chicken breast really buttery tender, is to slice up some 'cooked' chicken breast, put it into a glass or enamel container (not metal or plastic!), and add some salad dressing. A good one to use is oil/vinegar/spices....where sesame oil is the most flavorful oil to use. Cover the container, soak it in the refrigerator overnight, and in the morning, whatever you use it for, it will be very flavorful and practically melts in the mouth (it's so tender). I'm guessing you could do the same with wings or legs too, but I have never tried it with uncooked chicken.
Many people soak chicken in buttermilk overnight. The enzymes in the buttermilk help tenderize the chicken, and also give it little "tang".
Yes. We did this experiment in grade school. One must first soak the chicken leg bone overnight in vineager. Once it emerges the next day the bone is bendable.

No because green beans are to big to dissolve. Sugar and salt can because they are small enough.
The best way is to soak your chicken in the hot sauce for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then season it and put flour on your chicken. Next fry for 5 to 8 minutes. Then take it out then soak it in the hot sauce again for about 5 minutes. Then put it back in the fryer and let it fry till how hard you want or soft.Optional if not hot enough sprinkle hot sauce on it out the bottle.
