No are you trying to kill it
leaves but you can do the hermit crab diet too
YesF. leucobalia have developed the method of "'loop-and-pull" behavior. The snakes are seen wrapping their bodies around a hard shelled crab, holding it in place, and then biting off the legs. If the crab body is not too large it will also be consumed.
your crab will die if you listen to this other guy trust mine are dead from him they eaqt baby shrimp and freeze dried plankton hope this helps
Yes, fiddler crabs are carnivores. They primarily feed on detritus, algae, and small invertebrates such as worms and plankton. They are opportunistic feeders and will consume a variety of food sources found in their environment.
You should feed your hermit crab everyday and give it lettuce and fruits as well as pellet food.
To take care of a fiddler crab, provide a tank with brackish water (a mix of freshwater and saltwater), a substrate for burrowing, and places for climbing. Feed them a varied diet of fish flakes, algae pellets, and fresh vegetables. Keep the tank clean by performing regular water changes and monitoring water quality.
you feed it crab apples :D
Give it food.
You can feed a hermit crab soft fruits and veggies
no
i work in a pet store and i do know that Fiddler crabs eat microscopic critters that show up in the sand as well as algae. The crabs sift the sand with their claws (or claw if its a male crab) and get nourishment from the microscopic particles and bacteria in it. ...but as far as fish go, they are not the type to stalk their prey, they would rather have a wounded or weaker fish sort of drift by and then attempt to grab it. So you could possibly try some small minnows or maybe even the smaller goldfish (it all depends on the size of your crab). HOPE THIS HELPS :)
