∙ 8y agoYes. Great Whites have been tracked as individual sharks travel thousands of miles. Hammerheads begin to school as they breed.
Most sharks do not migrate because they live in tropical waters but the Basking shark does migrate South in the winter to go to warmer waters. Great White Sharks migrate from guadelupe island (off the coast of Mexico) as far as Hawiaii which takes thousands of miles.
