The Public Finance theory is a body of work that the government and its citizens use. It is made up of a number of inflows and outflows. There are mainly four branches.
(i)Public Revenue
The public is taxed directly and indirectly, and through fees, penalties, fines, and other charges, public revenue takes money from the public.
(ii)Public Expenditure
Public expenditures are those made for the benefit of the general public, such as for basic healthcare, education, and infrastructure.
(iii)Public Debt
The government can use debt to operate the economy and meet the requirements of the nation when spending outpaces receipts.
(iv)Financial Administration
Managing public finances and meeting government demands, such as paying for the upkeep of shared cultural assets and paying salaries to general electors, is known as financial administration.
