Yes..........it is without a doubt a scam. I received an email from Champion Promo informing me that i was randomely choosen and i have won a large sum of money. When I responded they told me to contact EAST PRIVATE BANK IN THE UK. I queried this and was sent another email from Congress Bank asking for my banking details and identity number. After questioning them they have not sent me anymore mails
