They have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau, and you have to try pretty hard to get that rating! However, they refuse to answer inquiries from the BBB, or to respond to complaints.

They are not accredited with the BBB.

If you go to their site, they will have you fill out an application for a loan. The application will ask for every bit of personal data about you, including your full name, address, social security number, telephone number, names and numbers of two friends, your bank number and your personal account number so they can access it "to put money"...uh huh.

This is best avoided. Short term loans can be better had by contacting family and friends, going to the pawnshop, or simply going without.
