Banks can also be described in terms of the service they offer, friendly or unfriendly, the personnel who work there, and the clothing those personnel wear. Banks can be busy or perhaps neglected and unpopular. They offer certain interest rates. They have specific hours of business. Some are open on Saturdays. Some are not. Those are some descriptions of banks.
