It's a scam. They'll either expect you to send your bank account number, or they'll send a bogus money order and expect you to forward some of the money. After you forward the money, then you find out the money order was fraudulent.

If you have funds in a savings account preferably in the same bank, you can do it online, at a branch or at the ATM. If you have a savings account at another bank, you can withdraw money from that other bank and deposit it into your checking account. Basicaly you have to have a "back up" account in order to find the checking account.
Try the post office first. They normally have money grams that are cheaper than using Wester Union or other money transfer places. Also, try your local bank branch. If you hold an account you can usually get a free or cheap money order. Try going to the post office and seeing if they offer money grams that you can send to Turkey, which they should. It is cheaper this way. If you have a bank account, some offer the service for free and of course if its your bank, you know you can trust them.
