You can sue it if it charges fees that are not mentioned in the list of documents provided to you while opening.

Lets say in the document they gave you while acc opening, the annual charges is $100 and they charged you $150 without any intimation then you can. But if they have intimated you of the change or provided the list of all charges in the brochures you cannot sue them
