In the book "Fahrenheit 451" by Ray Bradbury, several characters die, including Clarisse McClellan, who is hit by a speeding car, and Mildred Montag's friends who are killed in the nuclear bombing. Captain Beatty is killed by Montag, and it is implied that many other people die in the war that occurs towards the end of the story.
The city getting bombed occurs in the final few pages of "Fahrenheit 451." In my version of the book, it's on page 165.
At the end of Part 2 in Fahrenheit 451, Montag and Faber have joined forces to challenge the oppressive society. Montag begins to understand the importance of books and seeks out a group of people who have memorized literature to preserve it for future generations. They plan to rebuild society after the impending destruction.
During the war, bombs struck the city which caused a great disaster. You Welcome
In the 60th anniversary edition of Fahrenheit 451, Clarisse does not die. Clarisse is a character who influences the protagonist, Guy Montag, early in the story, but she does not meet a tragic end in the novel.
The firemen are called to Montag's house because there are books there.
Clarisse died at the end of Fahrenheit 451 because she was hit by a speeding car as she tried to escape the authorities who were chasing her for being a book lover. Her death symbolizes the dangers of oppressive societies and the lengths that individuals will go to for freedom of thought and expression.
It's not. People have no way of knowing what really is or isn't because all they have to go on is their televisions and each other. In the end the book people all have books saved inside their minds which allows them to sort of reference with each other but since they're all scattered it doesn't really work.
It gives an indication that his wife dies, so it seems to be the case.read the book, and if u did and are just wondering no all she did was leave Montag and drive away speeding in her car and the book never says anything else about her
