The internal conflict for Lancelot is his duty to King Arthur conflicting with his love for Queen Guinevere. The external conflict for Mordred is his ambition to claim the throne and his resentment towards his father, King Arthur, leading to a power struggle within the kingdom.
Arthur's conflict with both Lancelot and Mordred involves betrayal by someone close to him. With Lancelot, it is a betrayal of loyalty as Lancelot has an affair with Queen Guinevere, causing strife within Arthur's kingdom. With Mordred, it is a betrayal of family as Mordred rebels against Arthur and eventually leads to Arthur's downfall in the Battle of Camlann. Both conflicts ultimately contribute to the unraveling of Arthur's kingdom.
Mordred and Lancelot
Mordred won and went home and married Arthur's wife/ Mordred's mother (Guinevere). He pronounced himself king however was replaced by Lancelot.
Mordred stabs a knight in the back. He makes up lies about Lancelot. He kills Arthur.

Lancelot then saves her,kills one of Gawains brothers in progress and escapes to his castle Joyous Garde.While Arthur was willing to let both of them go unpunished he is pressured by Gawain, angry over his brothers demise and thirsting for revenge, to besiege Lancelot's castle. When Lancelot is finally defeated Arthur exiles him to France.However, during Arthur and Gawain's absence Mordred rebells and crowns himself King. When Arthur returns, Mordred has grown too powerful and the war against him results in the destruction of Camelot.Short : Because of Gawains wanted revenge on Lancelot for killing his brother, Arthur was forced to leave Camelot, giving Mordred the chance to claim the throne, and banished Lancelot to france. Without Lancelot at his side Arthur was unable to defeat Mordred without the destruction of Camelot

Because Sir Gawain believed that King Arthur and Sir Mordred were poorly matched. Sir Gawain did not believe King Arthur could win the battle without help from Lancelot, and thus a month-long treaty would allow enough time for Lancelot to return and help usher King Arthur to victory over Mordred.
