Some people think that Shakespeare may have been one of a number of playwrights working on the play Sir Thomas More, which never got past the censors (it was too pro-Catholic). If so, his handwriting is one of the hands in the manuscript copy. If he was not one of the authors of that play, then the answer is no.

No, there are no surviving manuscripts of Shakespeare's plays in his own handwriting. The works that have come down to us are copies made by scribes and printers during Shakespeare's lifetime and after his death.
