Okay, I hope you don't mind it being a Pokemon fanfic. PROLOGUE
Gardevour gently placed her paw on the bark of the frozen tree. She quietly whispered half to herself, "Brings back so many memories," She let her arm fall to her side before trekking to the clearing of the woods. She then halted, checking behind her to assure herself that she had come alone. Gardevour turned her attention back to the center of the clearing. "Ninetales!" she called, "Ninetales, I must speak with you!" From a cave in the back of the snow covered clearing emerged a tan, fox-like creature. She had nine tales, hence her name, and long strands of fur jetting out of the top of her head, which pointed back to her rear.
"Greetings, Gardevour. It has been a long time," she said.
"Yes, it has," Gardevour replied. "You must listen to me. For I know the cause of these disasters that cause havoc around this world,"
Ninetales pricked her ears in interest. "It has worried me so," she breathed.
"I know," Gardevour muttered back. She lowered her head in sorrow, talking to her old friend made her heart throb. Shortly, she looked up and raised her voice. "I know that something awful is going to happen, and it will devastate the balance of our world! Of all worlds!"
Ninetales' red eyes shimmered with great worry. "What do you suggest?" she questioned.
"We must find a hero. Not a pokemon, they might panic. A hero with a pure heart and a genuine nature,"
Ninetales drew back. "Human?!" she spat. "You know how humans are! Don't you remember what happened last time?!"
Gardevour winced at Ninetales' sharp words. She trembled at the memory that brought her here the first time. "Yes, I remember!" she angrily exclaimed, "But they're not all the same! You must understand that!"
Ninetales sat on the cold ground an stared into Gardevour's eyes. After what seemed hours, she finally spoke. "Fine. You have my support. Safe journey," Ninetales whirled around and trotted back to her cave. She soon disappeared into the shadows.
Gardevour sighed. "I know you aren't keen on my decision she mumbled, "But we don't have much of a choice. We're running out of time," Tell me if you want me to write more! Just type, "Write sequel to PMD prologue story please?"

It is not a matter of if someone can. Of course, there are people who can write a story about someone who tries to steal the Cat in the Hat's hat. The real question is whether anyone will write the story for you and the answer to that is a resounding NO! If someone did that, they would be robbing you from the experience of using your own imagination and your own writing skills and style to create your own story. We simply will not do that.
The author of The Hunger Games wrote the book primarily to entertain readers. However, the story also serves as a critique of society and explores themes of power, inequality, and survival.

Why does anyone write a book? To inform or entertain others. I mean that's why I'd write a book. Though it depends some people write because they like writing, or for money. That's why I think someone like Jack London might write.
