Breaking up with someone you love is a grieving process similar to grieving over someone you love that has died and the relationship has died so you are grieving. There is no time frame for a person getting over grief, but after two years of a break up it is important to surround yourself with family and friends and get out and start dating again. If you stop and think there is no point in sitting around moping over what use to be in your previous relationship and there is still happiness to be had in your future if you try.
