Anyone can marriage in any caste or religion. In India, inter caste marriages are legal.
Inter-caste marriage is generally not practiced in the Badaga community, which is a tribal community in the Nilgiri Hills of southern India. The community follows a strict social hierarchy based on caste, and marrying outside of one's caste is often frowned upon. However, with changing times and increasing education and awareness, there may be instances of inter-caste marriages occurring in the Badaga community, but they are likely to be rare and may face social stigma.

caste speach in hindi
Men can not marry up but rarely women can marry a caste above them and in turn be reborn higher up, Shudra or the Dalit (the untouchables) can not marry up on any terms
In traditional Hindu society, marriage between individuals from different castes, such as a Brahmin boy and a Rajput Kshatriya girl, is generally discouraged. The caste system in India has historically been a rigid social structure that dictates social hierarchy and limits inter-caste marriages. While laws have been enacted to prevent discrimination based on caste, societal norms and traditions may still influence marriage decisions. It is important to consider the cultural context and individual beliefs of those involved when discussing inter-caste marriages in India.
No and never, even they may kill or make their son/daughter to suicide, but never will get their children getting married to other community people
According to my information, there is no Act called Intercaste marriage act. But inter-caste or inter-religion marriages can be conducted under the Special Marriage Act (SPA). Caste/Religion of the parties (boy and girl) is immaterial as per this Act, for religious ceremony is not compulsory for marriages under the SPA. But other conditions apply, such as age (21 for boys, 18 for girls), and mental condition, etc. So a Nair boy and a Ezhava girl or vice versa or a Christian/Muslim/Hindu girl and a Hindu/Muslim/Christian boy can get married under this Act and the marriage is absolutely legal. Marriage has to be registered. For details, read the Special Marriage Act.
"Religion" is what you believe... When the child is born, it can't really decide what it believes. After it reaches a certain age, I suggest you let it make up its own mind about its beliefs.
