Just cause somebody's dead doesn't mean that they are gone. A loved person or friend is always with you. There is no real reason why. You just remember them forever. If thinking about a dead loved one makes you sad try and pick out the things that were good while they were around. Say if its a grandparent and they were say 95 when they died. They probably died of old age so its no ones fault. Whatever happens, how they die or any circumstances. DON'T blame yourself for anything! xxxx
No, there is not always one person thinking of you.
Repose means "sleep" or "rest". Eternal means forever. Forever sleep means the person is dead. Phrases like eternal repose were started historically when people were sensitive to thinking of a loved one as just "dead".

Everyone takes a death of a friend or loved one differently. Some take it well, and some take it hard. To have irrational thinking or delusional thoughts implies self guilt of the person's death, or an over-dependency on them.
