What should you believe if your husband said he loves you but isn't in love with you and then later said he was sorry and didn't mean it and was stupid for saying it?

Many couples can go through this and I've said those very words to my husband once when I was frustrated and very angry with him. Of course I apologized, and I never meant what I said. I love the man dearly. It still hurts the person that you said it too, and I've never said those words again. I realized, that these words could be the last my husband hears as he walks out the door to go to work. I don't think your husband meant it at all, but be sure you let him know how much he hurt you by saying those words. Ask him why he said them. Perhaps he's feeling frustrated in his own life and just got plain angry. I still say ... the guy loves you. Good luck Marcy
