You do not have a niece-in-law. Some of your nieces and nephews are that because they are the children of your husband's siblings. They are your nieces and nephews and you and your husband together are their "aunt and uncle."

It could be a first cousin.
There is none, as there is no actual relationship.
Your brother's wife is your sister-in-law. The English language has no relationship term for the brother of your sister-in-law. He is not considered to be related toyou, although he is your brother's brother-in-law.
Your brother to her would be a brother-in-law.
