"Lesbian" is the name for a woman who is gay. Back in the 1940s and 1950s, lesbians observed some traditional gender roles, such that some acted "girly" and ultra-feminine while others acted like tough guys or "butch". These days, lesbians act like anyone else and most no longer use the old stereotypic roles. It is unlikely a "lesbian boy" would exist, since by definition, a lesbian is female. Some girls do want to become boys (and some boys want to become girls) but that is a different situation, where the person feels they were born into the wrong body-- this is often called being "transgender."
