I know that this is a minor issue, but I just can't get over it. All the ships weigh in kt, thousands of tons, which is way to big. A small fighter weighs 25kt, 25000 tons, the same as the USS New York (http://frontierindia.net/uss-new-york-to-use-more-than-seven-and-a-half-tons-of-steel-from-new-york%E2%80%99-fallen-world-trade-center). At that size you don't need a cockpit, you need a command deck. A research center weighs 1000kt, 1 million tons!, that is one HUGE building. It would be 100X more realistic to take the kt off the end and just make it tons. A 25 ton fighter is about the size of an orca, much more likely than a frigate. Is there any way to fix this so 750 means 750000kg dudes

How many grams are in a fourteen karat necklace?

Karat is a unit for purity of gold,14 kt, 18 kt, 22 kt,24 kt etc; while Gram is a unit of weight. This means you can measure the weight in grams,as well as the purity (in karats) in a piece of Gold jewelry or coin or what ever form.Weight is like 1 gram, 1 ounce, or milligrams, even 1 kilogram! 24 kt would then mean 99.9% pure it is also called 999 purity. When one says 1 gram of 24 kt,999 purity it means there is one gram weight of the purest gold, which gives us a unit price.
